InvestIN Virtual Forum - Membership

As a consequence of today’s far reaching technology and our syndicate relationships, the InvestIN Virtual Forum has diminished the need for angel investors to be located physically within driving distance of a potential early stage investment opportunity/deal.

At the InvestIN Virtual Forum we video all the presentations as they are made, including Questions and Answers from the members who are physically present. These are then posted into the secure InvestIN Virtual Forum site to be reviewed at the convenience of The InvestIN forum members.

The InvestIN Forum requires all of our presenting companies to create and manage virtual deal rooms to enable due diligence to be undertaken in the most efficient and speedy manner possible.

As a Virtual member, you will have the same access to virtual deal rooms as our local members. In addition you will be able to participate in the InvestIN Forum company specific blogs only available to our members and syndicate partners.  With all of this, you access all of the same deal information and due diligence efforts being undertaken alongside other Virtual and Local members at your convenience. 

Because our Local and Virtual members carry out due diligence as a group and in a structured virtual environment, the whole money raising process is more efficient – resulting in less meetings and repetitive explanations being required from the company being considered.

Participation in due diligence is something everyone shares and performs together with the other InvestIN Forum members and other syndicate members.  As an InvestIN Virtual Forum member you will receive the benefits of all the experienced angel investors performing due diligence side by side with you.

This includes reviewing:

• Technologies
• Documents
• Intellectual property
• References including calling them
• Verifying competition
• Etc.

To be a member of the InvestIN Virtual Forum, you must be an accredited investor as defined by the SEC.
