The InvestIN Forum undertakes the following process once you have introduced yourself to us by submitting your Corporate Profileand PowerPoint presentation.
Briefly review overall deal (Corporate Profile
& PowerPoint Presentation). If your company fits our criteria we will call
you and briefly obtain classifications where necessary, make some
recommendations and comments on the overall presentation.
We
invite pre-screened companies to meet with us and present a 15
minute presentation to our Screening Committee, including Q&A.At this point, your sole objective is to be chosen to advance to the
next phase.
During your
presentation to the screening committee a group of experienced/seasoned angels join the InvestIN Forum
management to listen to your presentation and ask questions.
After your
presentation we undertake Mindshare, where we talk amongst ourselves – this provides the basis of feedback.
Post
Screening
All screening
presenters are provided with brief useful Feedback, regardless of whether or not they
are invited to participate in the next stage and present to the InvestIN Forum.
Constructive
recommendations are provided from the presentation Mindshare to those not selected to present
in the InvestIN Forum or for those that we ask to achieve milestones and return to present
later.

are counseled about issues which are likely to be raised – we help prepare the entrepreneur
e.g. exec salaries, working capital issues

getting to know your company in order to facilitate Mindshare at the Forum
We provide
you with our recommendations on preparing for due diligence
